If you are receiving a damaged or defective item from us, we're here to help.
Firstly, send us an email with the attachments (eg: photos, receipt/transaction record) to our email address, we will further assist you in that circumstances. We will notify you of the status of your refund upon inspection.
To be eligible for a refund, you have  calendar days to report us about the damaged or defective item from the date you received it. If later than that consider the request is not valid.
If your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
